Shipping policy

DOMESTIC PACKAGES

Our warehouse operations run Monday through Friday. We make it our goal to get your order shipped out within 1-2 business days after it's placed. If there is an issue with your order, we will be sure to email you within that same timeframe to offer you solutions and estimates for when we expect to be able to complete your order.

Please keep in mind that we do not receive USPS pick-ups on Sundays, so this may add an extra day or two to your shipping time.

INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES

We are currently only offering USPS shipping for International orders. We ship approximately 1-2 business days after the receipt of your order. If your order hasn’t arrived within a month from the ship date, please contact us support@dellaq.com

International shipments will ship through USPS.

All international customers are responsible for their country’s customs fees and duties. Fees vary from country to country and dellaq.com is not responsible for these fees.

Customs forms are filled out in accordance with International law to accurately reflect package value and contents. Packages cannot be marked as “gifts".

MISSING PACKAGES

For Domestic (U.S.A) packages: 

Contact support@dellaq.com with your order number, and tracking information and we will contact USPS and file a missing parcel claim that business day. USPS will then contact the last post office location your tracking information listed, and have them relocate the package, or confirm the delivery of the package.

della Q is not responsible for any items lost, stolen, or confirmed as delivered once they have been shipped. We can not replace, or issue a refund for packages lost, stolen, or confirmed as delivered once the package has left our facility.
